Our CEO takes part in the panel discussion at ‘Gulf Business Dialogue’
Last Friday, November 3, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs organised a network and information event under the name of “Gulf Business Dialogue” in The Hague. Addressing the entrepreneurial spirit in the Gulf region, the event started with a keynote speech by Salim Rabbani, head of the Netherlands Middle East Business Council, followed by a panel discussion of four entrepreneurs, including Skyne’s CEO Siegrid Althuizen.
As Siegrid mentions, “It was a great afternoon in The Hague. The Gulf Region is dynamic and full of opportunity, making it an attractive destination for Dutch businesses. There is ample scope to grow Dutch private sector partnerships in the fascinating Gulf Region. The challenge is to identify your true competitive differentiators and to adapt & interpret the local culture while remaining faithful to the values of your brand”.
Skyne was especially invited to be part of the event to share its experiences with doing business in the Gulf and to explain market challenges. Our offices in the Middle East and The Netherlands have been helping Dutch companies such as Rituals, Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek and Royal Ahrend successfully enter the Gulf market.
We are proud of our CEO for being part of this successful event.
